Justine is a solicitor in our Business Services Department focusing on commercial agreements and general business advice.

Justine has significant experience in advising businesses on all manner of commercial contracts and relationships. Clients regularly praise her for her pragmatic, business-minded and down-to-earth approach.

Bringing over 8 years’ experience to the role, Justine has advised a range of businesses from PLCs to OMBs and uses this to ensure she advises clients not only on the legal aspects of any contractual relationship but also on identifying potential risk ensuring her clients make an informed and educated decision.

Justine trained in London and since then worked for a number of years in Birmingham legal firms/Eversheds advising clients on the restructuring of worldwide business assets, supply and distribution contracts, terms and conditions, commercial and competition law for a local airport, various commercial agreements and competition law advice working closely with the logistics and manufacturing industries.
